The programme is for anyone in a supervisory role or above. It’s designed to give you the knowledge and skills to effectively manage people regardless of your experience level.

What’s involved?
The programme is made up of six full-day workshops and a post-programme coaching session. Each workshop will give you the practical tools and techniques to improve your people management skills as well as a solid grasp of current management theory.
