Workplace culture
We'll help your company reflect on the impact that Covid-19 has had on your:
- Values
- Employee morale and engagement
- Leadership and management approaches
One of the major ways to improve productivity and efficiency in your business is through workplace innovation, which is change driven by people to develop new, improved ways of working.
In our workshops we'll equip you with tried and tested tools and techniques to develop and implement an action plan around three themes - People, Place and Practice.
- People - what it means to have an engaged workforce and the benefits this will this bring to your business. We also look at how effective communication and how development of staff can bring positive change.
- Place - what culture you want your organisation to have and how your physical and virtual workspace can help
- Practice - what workplace practices you can adopt to help nurture creativity, productivity and growth
Workshops are either run as either three half-day sessions or one full-day session exploring all three themes.
We run a series of thought leadership events that brings together academic research with the experience of inspirational business leaders from across the UK and afar, to explore a variety of emerging workplace practices and leadership challenges.
The workplace innovation masterclass series is aimed at key decision makers within Scotland’s business community, introducing the different practices behind the concept of workplace innovation and demonstrating how they can help you achieve positive benefits for your company.
These interactive and practically-focused events will also include leading experts and representatives of highly innovative companies from Scotland and elsewhere in Europe.
We can advise on Fair Work practices, as part of your restart or reopen planning as you return to business.
Through a facilitated discussion, we'll:
- Review employee engagement and wellbeing
- Provide guidance on developing company culture
- Help leadership teams to develop longer term workforce plans
